This is a sample menu of how a 7 course menu would look like.


Crispy Tofu
Deep fried crispy tofu serve with peanut curry herb sauce and coleslaw

Moo Ping
Marinated pork skewer serve with sweet and chili sauce and cucumber salad.



Soup



Tom Kha Gai
Hot and sour coconut soup serve with celery, bamboo shoot, mushroom, and tomatoes garnished with cilantro and green onion.



Salad



Mango Salad
Fresh mango, red onion, cilantro, scallion, shrimp, served on a bed of lettuce with chili lime dressing and topped with toasted coconut and peanut



Noodle



Crispy egg noodle with Tofu
Crispy egg noodle, stir-fried tofu, snap peas, shitake mushroom, baby bok choy V*
Vegan



Entree



Duck Gang Dang
A traditional Thai dish featuring eggplant, zucchini, bamboo shoots, kaffir lime leaves and sweet basil leaves in coconut milk blended with red curry spices. (choice of chicken, beef, pork or tofu)



Dessert



Mango Mousse
Sweet and creamy mango mousse serve with berry sauce
